Good insight, although this is a little bit tricky. People may not necessarily call themselves this…but what about if we dig into their lived experience, what do we find? Because sometimes that sense of belonging you are talking about may not be around *yet* — but that may be because of unfilled need to connect, or similar. Not that we can’t take people at their word, but sometimes there are things we can also help to uncover that may exist but not be fully articulated. That may or may not be the case here, but food for thought.
